Accounting & Reporting Executive

About the role

Kraft Heinz Turkey is looking for an Accounting & Reporting Executive to join its Controlling team in Istanbul. You will support month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing processes and ensure accurate financial reporting in line with local statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support monthly, quarterly and year‑end closing, preparing accurate financial statements.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, provisions and other period‑end adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with Turkish statutory accounting, tax regulations and internal policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors and other external parties during audit and statutory reporting.
• Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations and follow up on aged items.
• Identify and drive process improvement, standardisation and automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit or a similar finance role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, local statutory requirements and preferably IFRS.
• Experience in a multinational environment or Big Four audit background is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills (MS Office).
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
