Aerospace Application Specialist

About the role

The Aerospace Application Specialist will support Sandvik Coromant’s aerospace customers by managing accounts, generating new opportunities, and delivering technical solutions. The role involves close collaboration with account managers, distributors, and internal technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and production managers, ultimately closing deals.
• Deliver complete technical solutions for the aerospace industry and provide sales support.
• Coordinate interactions between technical, commercial, and distributor teams for project execution.
• Prepare integrated solutions, support new product introductions, and recommend suitable products and services.
• Answer complex technical questions, develop and deliver training, and troubleshoot implementation issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with cutting tools and machining applications for aerospace components.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects end‑to‑end.
• Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM systems and digital machining tools.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Turkish; valid B‑class driving licence; completed military service (male candidates); willingness to travel extensively; residence in Eskişehir.
