Business Analyst (Accountant) – Business Process Solutions

About the role

Deloitte is looking for a motivated Business Analyst with an accounting focus to join its Business Process Solutions team. You will work closely with the Finance and Accounting team in Turkey, supporting day‑to‑day financial operations and helping to improve compliance and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Track incoming and outgoing invoices, including e‑invoices.
• Issue invoices and e‑invoices for clients.
• Prepare and file documentation for new projects.
• Perform banking journal entries and reconcile bank accounts.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure correct coding of transactions.
• Execute monthly bank reconciliations and AP/AR clearing.
• Support audit processes by providing required evidence.
• Generate basic monthly reports using Excel.
• Manage email inquiries and related administrative tasks.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to operate finance and accounting solutions that enhance compliance and efficiency.
• Experience in an outsourcing environment is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Good communication, teamwork, and follow‑up skills.
• Analytical, structured thinking and strong problem‑solving abilities.
