About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive software sales by independently achieving targets through proactive business development and effective sales strategies.

Key responsibilities

Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) via targeted outreach, networking and lead generation activities.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase software solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from lead generation to deal closure.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

Minimum 4 years of experience in IT software sales within the assigned region.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
Experience selling software to BFSI, government, listed companies and large enterprises.
Educational background in Business Management (Computer Science background is a plus).

Required skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
