About the role
We are seeking a motivated Commis 1 to join our luxury hotel kitchen team. The successful candidate will support daily kitchen operations while upholding the highest standards of hospitality, hygiene, and food safety.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the kitchen team with food preparation and service tasks.
- Maintain strict hygiene and food‑safety standards in all work areas.
- Support cost‑control measures by handling inventory and waste responsibly.
- Adapt to different working locations within the hotel as needed.
Required profile
- Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, dynamic team.

- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset.
