Consumer Account Specialist

About the role

ASUS is seeking a Consumer Account Specialist to join its Consumer Business Team in Turkey. You will strengthen product and brand presence, drive customer excellence, and support business growth through strong partnerships with key retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned retail accounts and business partners.
• Conduct regular customer visits to ensure excellent in‑store execution, product availability, visibility, brand standards, and display excellence.
• Execute sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and marketing activities to support business growth.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and executions, providing regular market intelligence reports.
• Analyze sales performance, customer KPIs, and channel execution, delivering actionable insights through reports.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to ensure consistent and effective customer execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or sales operations, preferably in IT or consumer electronics.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid driver’s license, active driving experience, and willingness to travel extensively within Turkey.
• Military service completed for male candidates.
