Corporate Finance and Financial Model Executive / Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Finance and Financial Model Executive/Manager to join Türkerler Holding in Ankara. The role focuses on strategic financial modeling, M&A activities, and financing structures, primarily within the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop financial models for strategic planning, M&A, and investment decisions.
• Manage debt and equity financing structures to optimise capital allocation and liquidity.
• Work closely with investment banks, lenders, and legal teams on financing activities.
• Oversee discounted cash flow (DCF) modeling and other valuation methodologies.
• Conduct scenario analysis and risk assessments for energy sector investments.
• Collaborate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies on valuation matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, valuation or financial advisory (Big 4 experience a plus).
• Prior experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and influence key decisions.
