Creative Project Manager

About the role

Mastercard’s Advisors Creative Desk is looking for a Creative Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of on‑brand content solutions for our advertising partners and internal brands. You will work in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day management of creative projects from brief through delivery.
• Track and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource plans, escalating issues as needed.
• Lead client communications, responding to requests and clarifying deliverables.
• Develop clear creative briefs that translate client needs into actionable direction for creative teams.
• Coordinate across creative, strategy, and production teams to maintain momentum.
• Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and flag risks early.
• Run multiple projects in parallel within an agency‑like environment.
