About the role
Randstad Türkiye is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for its global business partner operating in Adana/Çukurova. This is a full-time, 6-month fixed-term position.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and process all types of customer orders.
- Work closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Supply Chain and other internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Generate daily closing reports and ensure data accuracy during peak season.
- Handle customer complaints and returns in line with the complaint management process and return policies.
- Follow desk procedures and internal control processes, and provide monthly documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Prior experience is an asset but not required.
- At least intermediate English proficiency.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Active listening and strong customer management skills.
