Disease Area Lead (Neurology)

About the role

Roche Turkiye Pharma is looking for a Neurology Disease Area Lead. The role is an empowered leader responsible for the disease area business, reporting to the Leadership Team Member responsible for all disease areas. The lead develops a clear business strategy for launching and delivering commercial excellence for the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Set the disease area vision, ambitions and outcomes, drawing on Patient Journey Partners and other stakeholders, and hold accountability for market leadership and the P&L
• Develop strategies to manage the product lifecycle and plan finances and resources
• Promote innovation, pull in resources from the broader Roche network and collaborate across disease areas and affiliates
• Translate disease area needs into clear execution with customer-facing teams
• Lead cross-functional teams, recruit, coach and retain talent, and prioritize resources against portfolio priorities
• Support key stakeholders through the PPOCs and act as a matrix lead for Patient Journey Partners
• Comply with competition law, the Roche Code of Conduct, pharma legislation, data protection laws and other regulations

Required profile

• Significant experience in pharma business management, including sales and marketing management as a people leader
• Proven track record of creating efficient strategies and mobilizing people to help patients
• Customer-oriented, with strong networking and leadership skills, able to lead cross-functional teams
• Fluent in Turkish and English; neurology experience is a plus
