About the role

Join Lesaffre's BOOST 2.0 Early Talent Program, a full‑time graduate initiative designed to give fresh engineers real impact on production and process projects in the yeast industry.

Key responsibilities

• Participate actively in project teams, contributing to design, implementation and testing of engineering projects.
• Track and report project progress, ensuring alignment with timelines and quality standards.
• Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends and integrate them into industrial projects.
• Work on production, process optimisation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Take part in regional and global projects, gaining real business exposure.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates (up to 3 years) in Food, Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Strong communication skills, team‑player attitude and high sense of responsibility.
• Enthusiastic about continuous learning and problem‑solving.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Turkish.
