Pozisyon Hakkında

Ebe pozisyonu, anne ve yenidoğanın bakım ve takibini gerçekleştirmek, doğum öncesi, doğum ve doğum sonrası süreçlerde aktif görev almak sorumluluğunu taşır.

Temel Sorumluluklar

Anne ve yenidoğanın bakım ve takibini gerçekleştirmek
Doğum öncesi, doğum ve doğum sonrası süreçlerde aktif görev almak
Hasta bakım süreçlerini ilgili prosedürlere uygun şekilde yürütmek
Hekim ve sağlık ekibiyle koordineli çalışmak

Ebelik bölümü mezunu
Tercihen hastane deneyimi bulunan
Vardiyalı çalışma sistemine uyum sağlayabilecek
Ekip çalışmasına yatkın
İletişim becerileri güçlü
Hasta memnuniyeti ve sağlık hizmetleri kalite standartlarına önem veren
Sorumluluk sahibi ve mesleki etik değerlere bağlı
