Ecosystem Development Specialist

About the role

TRAI is at the heart of Turkey’s AI ecosystem, connecting startups, enterprises, investors, academia, and the public sector. We are looking for an Ecosystem Development Specialist to strengthen and scale our ecosystem activities through execution, awareness, and relationship‑building.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute ecosystem‑facing initiatives across TRAI’s programs, events, and strategic collaborations.
• Support content and speaker development for flagship formats such as TRAI Summit, Meetups, and Startup Day.
• Track the AI startup landscape, identify promising startups, and surface high‑potential opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with startups, corporate members, partners, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Develop international connections and cross‑border collaboration opportunities.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication, research, prioritization, and execution for ecosystem projects.
• Utilise AI tools to improve team efficiency, research quality, and operational output.
• Represent TRAI in meetings, events, and ecosystem conversations with professionalism.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in ecosystem development, partnerships, startup programs, business development, events, or community building.
• Strong understanding of startup and technology ecosystems and ability to identify relevant players and trends.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple moving parts.
• Excellent professional communication skills, able to engage senior stakeholders, founders, and partners.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with strong judgment and ability to turn ideas into action.
• Fluent in Turkish and strong English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using AI tools for workflow efficiency.
• Familiarity with vibe coding and building simple prototypes or automations (nice to have).
