About the role
The WEC Field Specialist ensures safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery to customers in the energy sector. This role focuses on improving service delivery, implementing standard work, and managing risk during field operations.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver accurate job deliverables on schedule.
- Execute service delivery and participate in job risk analysis.
- Identify and implement opportunities for service improvement.
- Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards through CAT, self‑assessments, and wellsite inspections.
- Participate in Service Quality Meetings and create action plans to improve performance.
- Engage in HSE and Quality initiatives, wearing PPE and following HSE policies at all times.
- Maintain required safety training and certifications.
Required profile
- Vocational school or associate degree in a relevant field.
- Strong hands‑on abilities combined with analytical skills.
- Good level of English communication.
- Effective communication with stakeholders.
