Finance & Accounting Manager

About the role

ASICS Turkey is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to lead its finance and accounting functions. The role combines strong accounting expertise with hands‑on involvement in daily operations, supporting business decisions and ensuring compliance with Turkish and global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate records and timely completion of key activities.
• Take an active role in monthly and annual closing, including journal entries, accruals, provisions and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements and group reporting packages in line with local requirements and global accounting standards.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, analyse variances and provide clear insights to support business decisions.
• Oversee cash flow planning, payments and receivables, ensuring effective working capital management.
• Coordinate tax compliance and audit activities with internal teams and external advisers.
• Strengthen internal controls, maintain approval processes and improve ERP workflows and data quality.
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team, setting priorities and providing operational support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong accounting background with progressive experience in finance and accounting, including team leadership.
• Proven experience managing closing activities, preparing financial reports and resolving accounting issues.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish accounting and tax requirements, IFRS and international group reporting.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial analysis.
• Professional proficiency in English for communication with global stakeholders.
