Finance Digital Transformation Architect (SAP /FI)

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Digital Transformation Architect to lead finance‑focused digital initiatives within our Information Technologies Department in Istanbul. You will shape the future of finance processes, automation and reporting across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation projects for Finance, Treasury and Budgeting, creating roadmaps that boost efficiency, automation and financial visibility.
• Drive initiatives that improve cash‑flow reporting, accelerate financial close, and streamline invoice, payment and expense management.
• Manage enhancements, standardisation and adoption of SAP FI and related finance applications.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using RPA, workflow, AI and Power Platform.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners throughout transformation projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Treasury or Financial Systems.
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with SAP FI; experience with SAP TRM, CO, FM and S/4HANA is preferred.
• Proven track record in digital transformation, process improvement and ERP implementation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
