About the role

Join Turkish Economy Bank (TEB) as an Assistant Manager in the Financial Analysis and Budget Planning Department, contributing to the bank's strategic financial planning and analysis.

Key responsibilities

Prepare the annual budget, strategic business plan and forecasts.
Support improvements to Business Intelligence tools such as SAS, Pharos, and BNPP Tools.
Assist in preparing mandatory declarations for public enterprises (CBRT, BRSA).
Produce ad‑hoc reports and presentations for top management.
Help prepare monthly and yearly IFRS actuals.
Participate in bank‑wide projects providing financial support.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
Minimum 5 years of accounting/finance experience in the banking sector.
Good command of English.
Analytical, result‑oriented team player with strong communication skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and no military obligation for male candidates.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
