Financial Analysis Specialist

About the role

Hepsiburada is looking for a Financial Analysis Specialist to lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for its logistics business. The role supports data‑driven decision‑making and helps identify cost‑saving opportunities across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the detailed budgeting process for all revenue and expense items in collaboration with logistics teams.
• Perform month‑on‑month, year‑on‑year variance analysis (actual vs. budget, actual vs. actual) and communicate risks and opportunities.
• Challenge functional teams to develop ambitious yet realistic financial plans and robust forecasts.
• Conduct post‑launch analyses to compare actual performance with business case forecasts and explain variances.
• Identify best‑practice and process‑improvement opportunities through data analysis and recommend cost‑saving measures.
• Monitor updates to accounting policies, assess their financial impact and inform relevant departments.

Required profile

• Graduated from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance department, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑changing, high‑pressure environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and research abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
• SAP knowledge is an asset.
