About the role
The client is a leading global retail company seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to oversee periodic financial reports and regulatory disclosures.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate periodic financial reports and disclosures in line with CMB/SPK regulations.
- Ensure compliance with capital markets legislation and submit financial statements through the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP).
- Support quarterly and annual reporting processes according to TFRS/IFRS.
- Monitor regulatory updates and assess their impact on reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with accounting, finance, investor relations, and external audit teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- 5–7 years of financial reporting experience, preferably in a publicly listed company.
- Strong knowledge of CMB/SPK regulations, KAP disclosures, and TFRS/IFRS.
- CPA certification (SMMM) or Capital Markets Activities Level 3 License is an asset.
