Investigator Consultant (Roster)

About the role

The Roster Investigator Consultant will join a pool of independent professionals tasked with conducting preliminary assessments and full investigations into allegations of employee misconduct. Based in Turkey, you will work on complex, high‑priority cases while maintaining the highest standards of impartiality, confidentiality, and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute independent investigations into policy, procedural, and regulatory violations.
• Collect, preserve, and analyze documentary, physical, financial, operational, and digital evidence.
• Conduct interviews with complainants, witnesses, and subjects, ensuring accurate testimony records.
• Apply digital forensic techniques and data‑analytics tools to strengthen evidence evaluation.
• Prepare comprehensive investigative work products, including assessment reports, investigation plans, and case closing memoranda.
• Present clear findings, conclusions, and recommendations supported by referenced evidence.
• Recommend improvements to internal controls, policies, and procedures based on investigation outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience conducting independent investigations in a corporate or consultancy setting.
• Strong understanding of international investigative standards and legal admissibility of evidence.
• Ability to work autonomously while adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
