Lawyer – International Practice

About the role

Oznur & Partners is expanding its international legal team at the new Vadi Istanbul office. The firm seeks a qualified lawyer with at least two years of post‑qualification experience to work directly with international clients on a variety of cross‑border matters.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate directly with international clients, attend meetings and negotiations, and draft legal opinions and agreements.
• Manage litigation, dispute resolution, and other judicial proceedings.
• Assist with cross‑border transactions, foreign direct investment, and citizenship or residency by investment programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university and admission to practice law in Turkey with active Bar membership.
• Minimum two years of professional experience at a reputable law firm or legal consultancy.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with an official proficiency certificate considered an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of contract law, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Hands‑on experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and court proceedings.
• Interest in AI and legal technology and willingness to use related tools in practice.
