Legal Counsel (Temporary)

About the role

Provide strategic legal advice to Bayer Pharma and Radiology business, ensuring compliance with laws and supporting business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate various agreements and legal documents.
• Support implementation of business/compliance projects, including M&A, and handle day‑to‑day matters.
• Monitor legislation, industry rules and ensure policies are up to date.
• Guide HR on labor law matters and support data protection (KVKK) queries.
• Supervise corporate secretarial transactions and assist with debt collection and litigation.

Required profile

• Law degree from a reputable university in Turkey and registration with the Turkish Bar Association.
• Minimum 8 years of legal experience, preferably as in‑house counsel in multinational pharmaceutical companies.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical, medical device, competition, commercial, contract, labor, debt enforcement, data privacy (KVKK) and corporate law.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with ability to coordinate complex cross‑border projects.

Required skills

• Experience in consultancy and litigation before courts.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across functions and seniority levels.
