Local Product Owner - Home Comfort

About the role

Bosch Home Comfort in Istanbul is looking for a Local Product Owner to join its product management activities, from market analysis and product strategy to successful product launches. The role is full-time, hybrid and on an indefinite-term basis.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities
• Plan and execute product launches across the organisation to ensure market adoption
• Conduct market, competition and user research and turn insights into product requirements and user stories
• Monitor market trends, legal requirements and regulations
• Represent the company in technical and sectoral committees
• Develop product-based pricing strategies, market segmentation and profitability analysis
• Support internal and external stakeholders such as SEO content, catalogs and product tools
• Maintain close contact with the field and lead product-related UX activities
• Review and release technical documentation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (mechanical or electrical/electronic preferred); master's is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in product management and/or business development, preferably in HVAC
• Knowledge of boiler, heat pump and air conditioner technologies is a plus
• Excellent command of English and willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Required skills

• Market research, competitive analysis and market trend assessment
• Analytical and reporting skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus)
• Knowledge of local and regional regulatory requirements
• Ability to integrate AI into daily business
