About the role
As a Machine Operator at 3M's Cerkezkoy facility, you will work with a variety of equipment to produce, inspect, and package finished products. The role offers the chance to collaborate with innovative colleagues from around the world.
Key responsibilities
- Operate machines or workstations, collect finished goods, and perform product inspection.
- Enter data, update inventory, and use computers for process operations as needed.
- Follow operating procedures and customer requirements to ensure high‑quality output and timely delivery.
- Pick, pack, and process orders for shipment.
Required profile
- At least a high‑school diploma.
- Minimum one year of experience in production operations within the private sector.
- Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Basic computer knowledge.
