About the role

Join Haleon as the MEA Panadol and Advil Marketing Manager, leading the deployment of global strategies for two iconic OTC brands across the Middle East and Africa. You will drive brand growth, profit, and consumer engagement through strategic planning and cross‑functional leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine brand strategy based on consumer and customer insights.
• Lead annual market activation planning focused on 3‑year growth drivers.
• Own the brand P&L, managing sales, profit results and budget.
• Mentor junior marketing associates and manage agency relationships.
• Localise global toolkits, drive innovation execution and ensure breakthrough results.
• Collaborate with sales to boost customer engagement and in‑store support.
• Track performance against KPIs and recommend course corrections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of brand marketing experience in Consumer Products or OTC.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Experience delivering insight‑based consumer communications and large‑scale product launches.
• Strong financial acumen and business sense.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
