About the role
The Composite Manufacturing & CAD Engineer is a full‑time, on‑site position in Istanbul. You will design high‑strength‑to‑weight composite structures and develop the molds and production processes needed to build them.
Key responsibilities
- Design composite structures with optimal strength‑to‑weight ratios.
- Create molds and define production processes for composite parts.
- Utilise 3D printing and physical prototyping to validate designs.
Required profile
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong mechanical intuition about materials and physical structures.
- Hands‑on experience working in a workshop environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CAD tools such as Fusion 360 or SolidWorks.
- Experience with 3D printing for prototyping.
