Mechanical Projects Executive

About the role

Doğuş Hospitality & Retail Group is seeking a Mechanical Projects Executive to lead mechanical engineering activities across hotel, restaurant and retail projects. The role involves managing design, construction and commissioning phases while ensuring alignment with architectural and interior concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate mechanical engineering disciplines from concept through detailed design for hospitality and retail projects.
• Review designs for compliance with architectural and interior design concepts and coordinate with international design firms and consultants.
• Evaluate contractor proposals, lead value engineering initiatives and monitor mechanical works against budgets.
• Oversee on‑site coordination with other disciplines, resolve technical challenges and manage testing, adjusting, balancing and commissioning activities.
• Ensure completion of as‑built drawings and successful handover of mechanical systems to operations teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering project and construction management, preferably in luxury hotels, restaurants or high‑end retail.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, fire protection, smoke control and Building Management Systems.
• Proven ability to coordinate with architectural, interior design, electrical and other engineering disciplines.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
