On Premise Marketing Manager

About the role

The On Premise Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen the Red Bull brand and boost consumption within the on‑premise (HORECA) environment in Istanbul. This role works closely with national brand, sales and external agencies to translate global strategy into local actions.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and implement international consumer marketing initiatives for the local on‑premise market, ensuring relevance across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the national brand team to extend national campaigns into impactful on‑premise activations and events.
• Develop industry marketing plans, hospitality concepts and training programs for on‑premise stakeholders.
• Drive initiatives that increase distribution, visibility and consumption, supporting key business KPIs.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of FMCG marketing experience, specifically in on‑premise (HORECA) trade marketing.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
• Hands‑on project management experience from ideation to execution and evaluation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with digital tools and platforms.
• Experience managing external agencies and production partners.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret consumer, sales and customer data.
