Performance Marketing Specialist – Turkey (12-month Contract)

About the role

Canva is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist for Turkey to drive incremental user growth through strategic media buying, optimisation, and creative collaboration. You will work closely with the Turkey Marketing Lead, the creative strategist, and the broader marketing team in France.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day media buying, optimisation and pacing across creative‑led channels such as Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn.
• Translate Turkish market priorities into concrete media strategies, set media mix, lead budget allocation reviews and manage the experiment roadmap.
• Partner with the Data team to run incrementality studies, interpret MMMs, and utilise MMP and platform data.
• Convert performance data into creative insights, manage creative rotation and guide refresh needs.
• Evaluate audience segmentation, targeting and bidding strategies, proposing improvements and experiments.
• Lead CRO initiatives and improve performance‑marketing systems with automation and AI tooling.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in media buying and budget management across major platforms.
• Strong optimisation mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Proven ability to collaborate with creative teams and run structured testing.
• Familiarity with MMM, lift studies and incrementality testing.
• Fluent Turkish and good English.
