Product Management Manager – Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (EEMEA)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Management to lead Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CAE) solutions across the EEMEA region. The role focuses on loyalty, offers, and card‑linked offer capabilities, ensuring global products are localized, launched, and scaled effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the regional product manager/owner for loyalty, offers, and engagement solutions, including card‑linked offers.
• Gather, synthesize, and prioritize market needs, customer pain points, and competitive insights to influence the global product roadmap.
• Support product localization, launch readiness, and go‑to‑market activities in partnership with sales, account, and commercialization teams.
• Contribute to internal product governance, business case development, and pricing inputs where applicable.
• Collaborate with global product teams, regional sales, implementation, operations, and external partners to drive product adoption and performance.

Required profile

• Strong product mindset with proven product management experience.
• Analytical thinking and ability to translate market insights into product priorities.
• Domain expertise in loyalty, offers, or consumer engagement.
• Comfort working in a matrixed, cross‑functional environment with global and regional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
