Product Manager – Marketing Services (EEMEA)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Product Manager for its Marketing Services division in the EEMEA region. The role will lead the design and delivery of data‑driven marketing solutions that help issuers and merchants grow their card portfolios and increase consumer preference for Mastercard.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and scale B2B2C product packages that support banks in acquisition, activation, spend stimulation and retention campaigns.
• Define and execute go‑to‑market strategies for a broad portfolio of marketing initiatives, including e‑commerce, cross‑border and merchant partnership campaigns.
• Lead end‑to‑end digital marketing efforts, analysing media plans, troubleshooting performance issues and collaborating with partners to optimise results.
• Design automated lifecycle‑management solutions for issuers covering activation, spend stimulation, retention and re‑activation campaigns.
• Manage new product launches such as card offerings, loyalty programmes or card conversions, from concept through post‑launch optimisation.
• Measure and report on campaign performance, ensuring revenue growth for Marketing Services.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and executing acquisition and portfolio‑optimization campaigns for card products.
• Strong understanding of card portfolio growth drivers and key performance indicators.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing solutions.
• Experience working with issuers, merchants or financial institutions in a B2B2C context.
