Project Manager – Industrial Solutions

About the role

ABB is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of complete product and solution packages for EPCs, chemical, oil & gas, industrial clients and utilities. The role involves coordinating engineering, integration, and commercial aspects from offer preparation to project hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial and customer aspects of medium to high‑complexity projects, acting as the primary interface with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Support tendering, order entry, scheduling, tracking, shipment, invoicing and project turnover activities.
• Lead engineering integration for eHouse projects, including cabling calculations, cable routes, trays, busbars, lighting and earthing.
• Oversee manufacturing, installation, testing and commissioning while ensuring compliance with ABB quality, HSE and ethical standards.
• Monitor project financials, forecast revenue, profitability and cash flow, and negotiate scope changes and change orders.

Required profile

• BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience managing large‑scale, multidisciplinary projects, preferably with eHouse/container solutions.
• Fluent in Turkish and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel 30‑40% and hold a valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Experience with Medium and Low Voltage Switchgear, Transformers, DC Switchgear, Fire & Gas and HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in SAP, MS Project and AutoCAD.
• Project management certification or willingness to obtain ABB certification.
