Quality Production Professional

About the role

The Quality Production Professional ensures sustainable product and process quality in line with customer requirements, regulatory standards, technical specifications, and safety expectations. The role supports customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and operational excellence throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support product and process quality activities during project launch, serial production, and change management.
• Manage APQP, ISIR/PPAP and quality approval activities for new products and engineering changes.
• Lead problem‑solving and corrective‑action processes using 8D, A3, PDCA and FMEA.
• Maintain and improve Quality Control Plans, Work Instructions and Test Instructions.
• Analyze process performance with SPC and MSA and drive improvement actions.
• Coordinate customer and supplier quality topics, including complaint management and corrective‑action follow‑up.
• Participate in internal, customer, supplier and third‑party audits and support compliance activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Metallurgical & Materials, Electrical or related).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills and professional proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel when required and a valid driving licence.

Required skills

• APQP, ISIR/PPAP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, 8D.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or VDA 6.3 audit processes.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification (plus).
