Regional Account Sales Manager – Akdeniz Region

About the role

Siemens is seeking a Regional Account Sales Manager for the Akdeniz region to generate leads and business opportunities with local panel builders, OEMs, and electrical contractors. You will act as the technical and commercial face of Siemens EP’s low‑voltage and control product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and business opportunities in Antalya, Denizli, Isparta and Burdur.
• Achieve personal sales targets for electrical products.
• Define customer value propositions and ensure satisfaction through regular visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare offers, negotiate and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and report sales performance.

Required profile

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
• 4+ years of sales experience in the related area.
• Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
• Result‑oriented with strong analytical thinking.
• Team player, customer‑focused with good interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Advanced skills in MS Office applications.
• Good understanding of low‑voltage product and system market and technologies.
• Experience managing opportunity pipelines and building new customer relationships.
