Relationship Manager – Subsidiaries Coverage Banker

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Subsidiaries Coverage Banker will act as the primary contact for Turkish subsidiaries of Deutsche Bank's global corporate clients, driving cross‑product sales in trade finance, cash management and foreign exchange.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with subsidiaries of multinational companies in Turkey, acting as their trusted banking partner.
• Identify opportunities, structure complex solutions and execute cross‑product sales across cash management, trade finance and treasury.
• Collaborate with global relationship managers and product sales officers while ensuring compliance with KYC, AML and regulatory policies.
• Participate in client service teams to deliver tailored solutions and maintain high client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of corporate banking experience, preferably with multinational clients.
• Strong understanding of corporate banking products such as trade finance, cash management and FX.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish, with the ability to present to C‑suite clients.
• Analytical mindset, credit analysis capability and ability to work under deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
