Retail Media Executive / Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Retail Media Executive / Lead to join the Retail Media & Partnerships team at Yemeksepeti, part of the Delivery Hero Group. You will drive strategic partnerships and expand our advertising solutions across the Turkish market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, lead and sign partnerships with CPGs, brands and retailers to grow the media business.
• Collaborate with Category Management to create tailored media proposals and innovative ad solutions.
• Work with regional teams to apply best practices and drive local growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new retail media partners.
• Develop sales pitches and media presentations showcasing multi‑channel advertising capabilities.
• Monitor, optimise and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Promotions, Marketing and Creative for smooth implementation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience on the brand or retailer side in e‑commerce, preferably FMCG.
• Proven partnership development, management and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical abilities and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
