Sales Executive – Corporate Hospitality

About the role

The Sales Executive will generate business and drive revenue for Fairmont Quasar Istanbul by building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agents and business partners. This position requires a proactive sales professional with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the luxury hospitality market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate segment and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections and presentations to showcase the hotel’s offerings.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while collaborating with Revenue and Marketing teams on pricing and promotions.
• Provide personalized service to high‑profile clients, negotiate contracts and secure long‑term partnerships.
• Coordinate with Events, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of bookings and events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality or related field (preferred).
• 2‑3 years of sales experience in luxury hotels or hospitality.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop client relationships.
• Fluency in English; Turkish language skills required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with sales software and CRM tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
