Sales Force Effectiveness Specialist

About the role

The Sales Force Effectiveness Specialist will partner with the sales team to provide data‑driven insights that support growth and strategic decision‑making for Allergan Aesthetics. You will help design, coordinate and implement sales force effectiveness projects across local, regional and global levels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new approaches to solve business problems related to growth and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Define, monitor and follow up on KPI sets for key initiatives and review monthly, quarterly and yearly performance against global and local targets.
• Assist in territory alignment, segmentation, target setting and incentive calculations using SFE tools.
• Support pre‑launch activities for upcoming products and provide segmentation of HCPs and call targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness or Business Intelligence.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI or other data‑visualisation tools.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
