Sales Technologies Management Trainee

About the role

Pernod Ricard Türkiye is looking for a Sales Technologies Management Trainee in its Business Development & Trade Marketing department, reporting to the Sales Technologies Manager. The role supports the digital transformation of sales processes by helping to design, implement and optimise sales technologies and data-driven ways of working. It is a 12-month hybrid programme in Istanbul, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales digital transformation projects and contribute to designing and rolling out digital initiatives that simplify how sales teams work.
• Gather requirements, test new solutions and collaborate across functions to turn obstacles into more efficient ways of working.
• Help configure, document and follow up CRM, sales data management and automation tools, making them user-friendly.
• Work with Business Development, Sales and Tech teams to turn business needs into practical tool improvements.
• Monitor tool usage and performance, summarise pain points and propose small, iterative enhancements.
• Prepare, maintain and analyse sales reports and dashboards, turning data insights into recommendations.
• Support communication, training and onboarding so colleagues adopt new tools and processes, and collect user feedback.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field.
• Previous internship, project work or extracurricular experience in FMCG, technology or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
• Analytical, curious and proactive, with a genuine interest in technology, data and digital transformation.
• Comfortable in an international, hybrid environment with good time and priority management.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willingness to develop skills in CRM and data tools.
