About the role
We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our maritime, commercial and corporate law practice in Istanbul. The role involves advising and representing domestic and international clients on a broad range of commercial and cross‑border matters.
Required profile
- At least 5 years of legal experience, preferably in maritime law
- Strong experience in yacht and commercial vessel sale & purchase transactions
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong legal drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to manage transactions independently and advise international clients
