About the role

Deloitte’s Business Process Solutions team is looking for a high‑potential professional to join its Finance and Accounting function in Turkey. You will work full‑time from the Esenyurt office, supporting a range of financial processes for our international business partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate core finance and accounting topics such as bookkeeping, reconciliation, budgeting, reporting, consolidation, controlling and analysis.
  • Apply BPS methodologies, processes and tools to deliver efficient and effective work.
  • Respond promptly to compliance requests and meet all deadlines.
  • Build relationships and communicate effectively with peers and stakeholders to ensure high‑quality service.

Required profile

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Good communication, teamwork and follow‑up skills.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Ability to operate finance and accounting solutions that strengthen compliance and improve efficiency.
