Senior Manager, Virtual Account Management

About the role

The Head of Virtual Account Management (VAM) in Turkey will lead a team that manages long‑tail accounts across BPOs and the Center of Excellence. The role focuses on optimizing account performance, driving advertising revenue and increasing deal value from long‑tail vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow advertising revenue and increase Average Revenue Per Account through upselling, cross‑selling and promotional campaigns.
• Lead Virtual Account Management teams, set performance objectives and foster a collaborative, high‑performing culture.
• Leverage analytics to segment accounts, prioritize outreach and design targeted campaigns while monitoring KPIs such as revenue growth and deal value.
• Partner with Process Design, Analytics and Growth teams to implement value‑adding initiatives and act as the central point of contact for VAM‑related topics.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in account management, business development or revenue generation in technology, e‑commerce or FMCG.
• Proven experience in BPO, shared service centers and process design.
• Self‑motivated with strong ownership, excellent communication and project management skills.
