Senior Marketing and Communications Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented, and highly organized Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this role you will support RE&UP’s B2B marketing and communication activities, boost brand visibility and coordinate processes across digital channels, agencies, visual assets, fairs, panels and industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of B2B marketing and communication activities, including LinkedIn and digital content planning, posting and performance tracking.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, social media assets, event visuals, brochures and corporate communication content.
• Coordinate agencies, designers, printers, event organizers and other external suppliers, ensuring briefs are clear and brand standards are met.
• Manage fairs, panels, conferences, sponsorships, booth requirements, event logistics and post‑event follow‑up.
• Track marketing activities, event outcomes, digital performance and supplier deliverables, contributing to process improvements.
• Lead PR activities focused on B2B, investor visibility and industry credibility, drafting press releases, newsletters and presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, Media or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in marketing, corporate communication, B2B or digital communication, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Experience with fashion brands is a strong asset.
• Fluent English and proven experience managing LinkedIn and corporate social media.
• Strong coordination skills with agencies, designers, event organizers and printers.
• Willingness to travel frequently for fairs, panels, conferences and other corporate events.
