Supply Chain Quality Manager

About the role

The role is responsible for leading Quality & Food Safety programs across PepsiCo’s European franchise beverage manufacturing network, covering more than 45 bottling sites. It offers high autonomy, frequent travel and the chance to influence standards across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Quality & Food Safety programs across 45+ franchise beverage manufacturing sites in Europe.
• Drive compliance with PepsiCo Q&FS standards, GMP, HACCP, QAS, AIB and GFSI requirements, ensuring timely CAPA closure.
• Conduct QAS audits, manage risk‑based follow‑up and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor Quality & Food Safety KPIs, identify risks and improve performance across sites.
• Support qualification, validation and commissioning of new plants, lines, equipment and processes.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting and capability building to franchise sites.
• Assist with product incident investigations, root‑cause analysis and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Degree in Food Science, Technology, Biotechnology, Production/Process Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in Quality, Food Safety and Manufacturing within the beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety Management Systems and audit programmes.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to influence, lead change and work across multiple sites and functions.
