Technical Post Sales Support Specialist

About the role

The Technical Post Sales Support Specialist provides on‑site and remote assistance for TD SYNNEX customers, installing, configuring and monitoring a broad range of products. The role involves direct customer interaction, issue resolution and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Own small‑ to medium‑size customer issues reported via calls or autosupport, adhering to SLA and providing field or remote support as needed.
• Monitor installed systems to ensure consistent performance, proactively inform customers of potential risks, and manage hardware installation, deployment and parts replacement.
• Research, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, escalating unresolved problems to senior engineers or vendors.
• Manage the RMA process, coordinating with vendors and handling returned parts.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of relevant technical support experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing priorities.
• Effective communication in English and local language, both written and verbal.

• Basic mathematical calculations.
• Intermediate proficiency with computer systems and applications.
• Hardware installation and physical deployment of products.
• RMA process management and parts handling.
