About the role
We are looking for a Technician‑Mechanic who brings empathy and authentic human connection to every interaction. The role focuses on delivering personal experiences to internal guests while maintaining equipment and supporting technical operations. You will work closely with the Technical Service Manager to ensure smooth daily service activities.
Key responsibilities
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and providing service to internal guests.
- Accepting and resolving complaints from internal and external guests courteously.
- Operating and maintaining equipment, machinery and handling chemical materials safely.
- Monitoring energy savings and taking corrective actions when needed.
- Supporting the Technical Service Manager in daily technical service operations.
