Telesales Representative / Dental Tourism Consultant

About the role

A dental tourism sales team in Istanbul is looking for a Telesales Representative / International Patient Consultant. The role communicates with international patient leads by WhatsApp, phone and CRM, explains dental treatment options, answers questions, follows up on leads and helps turn inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to international patient inquiries via WhatsApp, phone and CRM
• Explain dental treatments such as veneers, crowns, implants and smile makeovers
• Follow up with leads and guide them through the booking process
• Build trust with potential patients and answer their questions clearly
• Coordinate with the medical and operations team when needed
• Keep accurate records of patient communication and progress
• Work toward monthly sales and booking targets

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills
• Experience in telesales, medical tourism, dental tourism or healthcare sales is preferred
• Confident handling of international patients
• Good follow-up and closing skills
• Organized, responsible and target-driven

Required skills

• Experience using WhatsApp Business or CRM systems is a plus
