About the role
DHL Supply Chain Turkey is seeking a Transport Planner to support import, export and international logistics operations. You will work with the Oracle Transport Management System and Power BI to monitor shipments, prepare KPI reports and ensure timely deliveries.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up orders received on OTM using Power BI reports and track booking and loading status.
- Monitor and trace AWBs/BLs via airline and shipping line websites, updating ETA changes in the system.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly KPI data and analyse root causes of delays.
- Check shipping instructions and documentation (Invoice, PL, ATR, CMR, BL) from suppliers.
- Escalate problems, inform customers of delays and host customer DDS meetings with regional planning teams.
- Control non‑value‑added costs and demurrage, performing root‑cause analysis.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in import, export, air and sea freight logistics.
- Upper‑Intermediate English (verbal and written).
- Knowledge of shipping documentation and KPI preparation.
- Strong customer focus, teamwork spirit and problem‑solving ability.
