About the role
Eren Retail is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager for the GANT brand to lead visual concepts across its store network in Turkey. The role focuses on implementing store layouts, product displays, and seasonal campaigns to enhance the customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Implement store and display changes in all locations according to defined criteria.
- Execute product changes, shelf applications, and visual edits for new store openings.
- Coordinate seasonal openings, campaigns, and monitor their performance.
- Monitor store sales performance, best‑selling products and stock turnover to adapt visual applications.
Required profile
- University degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Industrial Design, Fine Arts or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of retail visual merchandising experience.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of retail trends and strong teamwork and communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Proficient in Sketch‑Up.
- Advanced level of English.
- Competent with MS Office applications.
