About the role

An accounting and finance assistant position is available in Bodrum, Turkey, within the AMAC Aerospace group. The role covers supplier account reconciliation, invoice entry and support of month-end closing.

Key responsibilities

  • Reconcile domestic and foreign supplier current accounts and track and report debt and credit statuses.
  • Enter supplier invoices in line with basic accounting principles and legal regulations.
  • Create and update supplier current card data.
  • Support month-end closing transactions.
  • Check that period-end accounting records and accounts match the actual situation and comply with legislation.

Required profile

  • Degree from an associate or undergraduate university programme in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in accounting and/or financial affairs departments.
  • Good command of English writing and speaking preferred.

Required skills

  • Computer literacy with MS Office at a good level.
  • Good level of use of Logo Tiger Plus (Tiger3).
